- 60-minutes free Garage parking
- 60-minutes free Lot parking
- 30-minutes free On-Street Metered Space parking
Garages
- 24 hours per day, 7 days a week
- Applicable to all City-Owned Garages
- Rate: Each thirty (30) minutes – $1.25
- Daily Max – $15.00
Lots
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (All locations except Justice Center)
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Justice Center location only)
- Applicable to all City-Owned lots except on weekends and City observed holidays
- Rate: Each thirty (30) minutes – $1.50
On-Street Metered Spaces
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (All locations except Justice Center)
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Justice Center location only)
- Applicable to all Downtown On-Street Metered Spaces except on weekends and City observed holidays
- Rate: Each thirty (30) minutes – $1.50
Discounted Employee Permit Program (DEPP)
Restrictions apply and must meet income and employment qualifications. Monthly rate is $28.00.

Nightly Flat Rate
- Vehicles entering from 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Nightly Flat Rate – $10.00
- Applicable to all City-Owned garages.
Special Events
- Applicable to all City-Owned garages and lots
- Pre-paid Parking Event Rate – $10.00
- Pay at Event Rate – $15.00
(charging may begin up to 3-hours before special event) - Bus Parking Rate per 24-hours – $75.00
(includes $25 encroachment application fee)

Where can I park using my disabled placard privileges?
A vehicle displaying a valid Disabled Persons placard or license plate may park:
- In parking spaces with the International Symbol of Access (wheelchair symbol).
- Next to a blue curb authorized for persons with disabilities parking.
- Next to a green curb without restrictions to time limits.
- In an on-street metered parking space and metered parking lot at no charge.
- In an area that indicates it requires a residential or preferential permit.
